The experience begins with two (2) complimentary one-on-one meetings with a personal training specialist who will evaluate the individual, discusses the client’s goals, and matches them up with one of our trainers who would be the best fit based on our trainer’s different areas of expertise.

As a mother of three young men, Helena understands the importance of prioritizing and maximizing one’s efforts. As such, it is her personal goal to set every client up with results-driven programs to help them celebrate every milestone along the way. 

She works with every age group, but has developed a particularly deep appreciation for working with the specific needs of older adults.

Diane enjoys cycling outdoors, whether it is a short or long ride, but always scenic. She is also an avid reader, preferring fiction off all sorts, and loves going to the beach with friends and family. 

Diane has over 12 years of experience training clients to help them reach their personal training goals and she also specializes in Pilates Training.

She loves helping her clients reach their goals and is actively involved all over the club. You’ll find Diane doing everything from Personal Training with clients, to leading Pilates Reformer sessions, to teaching Barre and TRX classes!

Austin believes that the purpose o any type of training or exercise is to become the strongest version of yourself. He strives to make his personal training not only beneficial, but also relevant and meaningful to his clients.

He firmly believes that the most important aspect of success in fitness is mental toughness and resilience. 

Recovering from an injury that put his career in the US military on hold, Austin has seen what true mental toughness looks like. In his free time, you can find Austin training in Mixed Martial Arts, in the eight room, or practicing and implementing his skills as an EMT.

Matt loves personal training because of the real and tangible difference he can make in people’s lives. He has helped hundreds of people get stronger, healthier, and improve the quality of their lives through fitness.

He strongly believes that workout programs are not one size fits all, but that each person needs a unique approach based on the client’s body and specific needs.

In his free time, Matt enjoys bike racing, being outside, lifting weights, playing the piano, and spending time with his wife Tricia.

“To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift” from Steve Prefontaine. 

Michel Fleming began running at the age of nine after the death of his uncle, Steve Prefontaine, who instilled a passion for the sport in him. Michael now passes that same passion along to his youth athletes by helping them improve their lives through running and leading them to become the best they can be!

Michael is currently the Head Coach at Stoller Middle School for Cross Country and Track & Field and is also the Assistant Track Coach of the Portland Metropolitan Track and Field Club.

Shaz aspires to help people achieve their fitness goals while making a positiv lifestyle change. She hopes to educate her clients on why exercise is important for overall health and lie expectancy. Fitness training is her passion and her main goal is to help people stay fit and healthy for the long term. 

In her spare time, Shaz enjoys hiking, running, cycling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs.

Karlie’s philosophy has always been to “motivate others to feel alive.” She solidified her passion for fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle through her experience in college athletics. 

During soccer season, her personal trainer has continually been her inspiration to impact others and prove that healthy living only takes a little bit of motivation to spark a lifetime of activity.

Karlie believes that fitness encompasses every part of life: nutrition, sleep, emotional well-being, physical strength, self-confidence, and energy. Her goal is to help every individual achieve their ideal self! In her free time, she loves to hike with friends, bike, sing, play soccer, do yard work, and rock climb.
