Katie has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 7 years and an athlete her whole life. Katie takes great pride in caring for her community and guiding people through different exercise and wellness techniques. With an eye for detail, Katie focuses on overlooked and underutilized training aspects to help create a more well-rounded fitness program for all levels. Outside of coaching, Katie enjoys taking walks around the neighborhood and frequenting Dutch Bros.
